Per la prima volta a Genova, la mostra “Riding the Turtles” del fotografo portoghese João Coelho ci conduce sulla spiaggia di Mabangas, in Angola - sua terra natale - e illustra come l’immaginazione dei bambini trasformi un paesaggio di duro lavoro in un’area di gioco.
La mostra, curata da Batsceba Hardy, rientra tra le iniziative di Progressive Street.

For the first time in Genoa, the exhibition 'Riding the Turtles' by Portuguese photographer João Coelho takes us to the beach of Mabangas, in Angola - his homeland - and illustrates how children's imagination transforms a landscape of hard work into an area of ​​play. The exhibition, curated by Batsceba Hardy, is part of the Progressive Street initiatives. Photographs on loan from the CE contemporary Milan gallery.
